Patagonia Ironclad Guarantee
Through their "Ironclad Guarantee" program, Patagonia backs every product that they make. That means that if you're not satisfied with one of their products at the time you receive it, or if one of their products does not perform to your satisfaction, you can send the product to Patagonia for a repair or replacement. Patagonia will also repair damage due to general wear and tear at a reasonable cost.
Q: What sort of issues are covered by Patagonia's Ironclad Guarantee?
A: Any issue resulting from use of the product is covered! That includes things like torn seams, broken zippers, missing buttons and more.
Q: How do I send my product to in for repair?
A: Just fill out the Repairs Form, print it out, pack up your item with the repairs form, and ship it out to:

Q: How much does it cost to repair my item?
A: Just the price of shipping! Patagonia repairs all broken items covered by the Ironclad Guarantee at no cost to you. If your damage is due to normal wear and tear Patagonia will still repair it for a fair price.
Q: Does the Ironclad Guarantee cover issues with product decoration?
A: Since we handle product customization in house, Patagonia does not cover issues with logo customization. If there is a problem with how your products are decorated upon arrival, just contact us and we'll make it right!
Q: Will my replacement product be decorated?
A: In the spirit of conservation, Patagonia will always try to repair your product before replacing it entirely. However, if an exchange is needed the replacement product will be blank.
Q: How long does it take for Patagonia to process an exchange or repair?
A: Exchange and repair turnaround times all depend on the time of the year, but you can expect 2-3 weeks for an exchange and 6-8 weeks for a repair in most cases.
