Merchology Named a Finalist for the 2022 Minnesota Family Business Award

We are excited to announce that we have been named a finalist for the 2022 Minnesota Family Business Award! As a family-owned business, we have worked so hard to grow our company to where it is today, and we are so honored to be recognized for this award. We loved getting to celebrate this achievement alongside other nominees at the award ceremony!

The Minnesota Family Business Awards, presented by Twin Cities Business Magazine, recognize outstanding family-owned businesses in Minnesota and highlight the value these businesses add to the local economy. Those honored will also be featured in the October/November issue of Twin Cities Business Magazine!

Honorees are selected based on specific business criteria and evaluated by a panel of judges with a strong background in family-owned companies. Organizations must exhibit steady financial growth and sales performance, adherence to the company’s core values, charitable contributions and community efforts, strong business partnerships, and a track record of investing in its business and employees, even during economic downturns.

If you've been following us for a while, you know that we exemplify many of these qualifications. With partnerships with over 300 brands, we are always on the hunt to bring you the latest and greatest in custom merch. We also take great pride in our presence in the community, and we keep these ties strong through our very own internal Giveback Committee. With many volunteering opportunities and donation drives, we are extremely passionate about supporting our local community and have such a strong love for our home state of Minnesota! In terms of growth, it's no secret that we've been excelling at it. We've opened up two additional facilities in Reno, Nevada, and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, in the last few years, and this year, we moved into our brand new headquarters in Plymouth, Minnesota. You can read more about that moment here!

We recently experienced a transition in leadership, as the previous Chief Executive Officer, Dick Ward, has transitioned to a Chairman position and will also act as Chief Executive Officer of our sustainable brand, Zusa. Ally Ward-Delgado, previously the Chief Marketing Officer, has been named the new Chief Executive Officer, and Andrew Ward, the previous Chief Revenue Officer, will now act as President. We wouldn't be experiencing these monumental moments and celebrating these achievements if it wasn't for you, our loyal friends, and customers. We are so thankful for your support and business, and we can't wait to see where we go next! Read more about this accomplishment here.
